Terms & Conditions
Check-in/ check-out - Check-in between 1400 and 2200. If you are going to arrive after 2200, please note that there is a charge for the staff to stay behind of £20 until midnight. Check-out is by 1100.
Minimum stay - 7 nights.
Deposit at time of booking - A GBP300 deposit is payable for stays of less than 4 weeks and one weeks full rent for stays of more than four weeks. This deposit is deducted from the final bill on arrival.
Payment - The full rent for the entire period is payable on or before arrival. If it is more convenient to do a bank transfer for the full amount, this can be arranged.

Rates
Payment methods - Visa, Mastercard, Maestro (UK debit card) and bank transfer.
Card transaction fees - all card transactions attract a 3% surcharge.
Discounts - Long stays or group bookings may qualify for further discounts - please contact us for details. From time to time it may be possible to offer further discounts for all bookings. In this case, the discount will be applied at the time of the booking meaning that the final charge will be lower than you expected!

Example 1: A four week stay in a double studio in Building A will be 4 x GBP490 = GBP1960. Deposit is GBP490 which means that the balance of GBP1470 is payable before check-in by bank transfer or at check-in by credit card or cash.
Example 2: An eight night stay in a double studio in Building D will be 8 x GBP78.57 = GBP628.56. Deposit is GBP300 which means that the balance of GBP328.56 is payable before check-in by bank transfer or at check-in by credit card or cash.

Once you have made your booking, you will be emailed with a confirmation containing ll the necessary information for checking in.
You'll need a credit card or UK debit card for the initial deposit, then you can pay the balance in a way which is the most convenient for you.
